**Follow-up consultations must be used during the support coverage period. The consultations are pre-scheduled during the behavior plan consultation. At least 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellation of consultations. Consultations canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed by the client will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
